SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time (Made-to-Order)
All products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Orders typically take 2–7 business days to produce before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on product type and current order volume.
Total Delivery Estimate
Estimated delivery time is the processing (production) time plus the carrier shipping time. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before an item ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped directly from our print provider. Shipping times vary by destination:
• United States: 3–10 business days
• International: 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance, destination, weather, service disruptions, and customs processing (for international orders).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We may offer the following shipping options (where available):
• Standard Shipping
• Expedited Shipping
Geographic Coverage
We ship within the United States and to many international destinations supported by our print partner. Shipping availability, rates, and options will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced or shipped from different facilities and may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Once an order enters production, we may not be able to modify the shipping address. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at support@explicitspatialcontent.com and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t started production.
Undeliverable / Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we may be able to reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply. If reshipment is not possible, refunds (if any) may exclude original shipping costs.
Lost, Delivered, or Damaged Shipments
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@explicitspatialcontent.com with:
• A photo of the item
• A photo of the packaging
• A photo of the shipping label (showing the tracking/address)
We will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution when applicable.
Packages Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and any secure drop locations, and allow 24–48 hours for possible late delivery scans. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@explicitspatialcontent.com and we’ll help you start an investigation with the carrier.
Lost in Transit
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@explicitspatialcontent.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or other appropriate resolution when applicable.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to production issues, carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), weather events, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience. If there is a significant delay, we’ll do our best to keep you informed via the email address provided at checkout.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs processing times and fees are outside our control. If a package is delayed, held, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or customs refusal, we may not be able to offer a refund. If the package is returned to sender, we may be able to reship it at the customer’s expense.
