Refund & Return Policy (Explicit Spatial Content)
We have a 30-day issue-resolution policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report a problem with your order.
Returns / Buyer’s Remorse
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- wrong size or fit
- changed mind
- ordered the wrong item
- preference-based reasons (color, style, etc.)
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering.
Damages and issues (Defective, damaged, or wrong item)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To request help, email us at support@explicitspatialcontent.com with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos (and if relevant, photos of the packaging)
If approved, we’ll provide a replacement (preferred) or a refund where appropriate.
Shipping carrier delays
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier and marked in transit, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping provider. We do not issue refunds for carrier delays, but we will do our best to help you track the shipment and resolve delivery issues.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to the sender, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a refund. If a re-ship is possible, additional shipping charges may apply.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
- items made to order (most items in our shop)
- sale items or gift cards
We also cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used beyond what’s needed to inspect the product.

Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges (since items are made to order).
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll replace it or refund it as described above.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
However, please note: many of our products are made-to-order, which may qualify as custom goods and can limit return eligibility under EU rules. If you are in the EU and want to request a cancellation/return, contact us at explicit.spatial.content@pm.me within 14 days of delivery and we’ll confirm what options are available for your specific order.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
